Six residents who, with their unique qualities, talents, and differences, make Ochoymedio, as a whole, one of the most well-rounded nights out you can find in Madrid.

Co-founder of Ochoymedio alongside Luiliminili and Manazas, and a tireless
vinyl collector. His immense versatility as a DJ allows him to cover
a wide range of styles. His sets at Ocho range from
pop to electronic music, including urban music and disco, without
turning his nose up at many other styles—always keeping an eye on the latest releases and free from
musical prejudices.
You have been able to see him at the most important festivals in Spain: FIB
(countless times), Low, DCODE, Arenal Sound, Warm-Up… In the more
important venues and parties in the country: Elástico (where he was a resident), Zombie
(where he was also a resident), Razzmatazz, REM, La 3, Rock Nights… And at
picturesque locations: from the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao to the Plaza de
Toros de Las Ventas, including the deck of a ship at The Ship Of
Mates (where he opened for Franz Ferdinand) and a double-decker bus
during Bilbao’s Semana Grande. Wherever you see him, you can be sure
that you’re in the right place and the party is guaranteed.
LUILIMINILI
A founding member of the Ochoymedio Club, Luiliminili—also known
as “the walking bootleg” due to the astonishing precision of his mixes.
He is also a member and founder of the groups L KAN and BLA. He started
DJing at the Ochoymedio in late 2000. His style is
characterized by fun and an open-minded approach, combined with an almost
flawless technique, making him a DJ who is both serious and wild at the same time. With him
, you’ll dance to the best of pop, rock, urban music, folk,
cheesy pop, heavy metal, and technopop. He has performed at festivals such as FIB,
LOW, BBK LIVE, ARENAL SOUND, DCODE FEST, SANSAN FESTIVAL,
SONORAMA, SOS, WAM,… and at venues such as Razzmatazz Fever,
Bang Bang Club (Berlin), Dirty Weekend (Brighton), D.F. (Mexico City), the Guggenheim Museum
, Hotel Pikes (Ibiza), Rock Nights (Madrid), Matadero (Madrid),
DeLa 3 (Valencia), Red Bull X-Fighters, the Fantastic Film Festival (San
Sebastián), Madrid Pride (2009, 2010)… and has opened for Fangoria,
and Kakkmaddafakka, among others.

Manazas is many things: she’s also the founder of the Ochoymedio Club,
a singer and lyricist for LKAN and BLA, as well as an actress, radio host, and more. She’s
one of the Ochoymedio DJs who best connects with the diverse crowd that
comes to the club. Her forte isn’t flawless technique (though she
long ago outgrew the phase that gave her her DJ name) but rather a
spectacular selection of songs that no one knows where she
manages to dig up— girls with squeaky voices in every language, fresh indie hits,
all-time mainstream hits, punk, Japanese curiosities,
reggaeton, electro cumbia, rap, retro rock and roll, and indie anthems—
—from Spain and abroad. Manazas is perfect for any party that needs
a DJ who doesn’t play the same stuff as everyone else but still knows how to get the crowd going. He’s

In late 2006, Zaza, resident DJ at Ochoymedio and founding partner of
Triple DJs, began making the rounds at venues and clubs throughout Madrid,
spinning sets practically all over the city. If
you’re coming looking for a specific style, his sets will surprise you
with their dizzying mix of songs of all kinds. The best thing to do is come,
enjoy it, and hear it for yourself.
His sets have graced venues like R.E.M., La3, Tony Wilson, Pub Radio,
etc., and festivals such as Bilbao BBK Live, FIB, Interestelar, Granada
Sound, and Low…
SAY YES DJ
With fun as his motto, he blends and mixes classics and new releases from both
the pop and rock genres, electronic sounds, as well as
all-time dance floor favorites, along with the urban tracks that are making the biggest impact
on the dance floor. His chameleon-like ability to adapt to different styles and
atmospheres, along with his secret formula for getting every dance floor moving, has
allowed him to take over the DJ booths at various clubs such as Maravillas Club
(where he was a resident), El Sol, Hard Rock Hotel, and Moby Dick in Madrid; the
R.E.M. club in Murcia; and Fever in Bilbao, as well as festivals such as the
FIB, Tomavistas, Sonorama Ribera, Arenal Sound, WARM UP, and Palencia
Sonora, among others. In January 2017, he took the stage at
the Ochoymedio for the first time, and that stage soon became a familiar spot for
. So familiar, in fact, that in 2022, with the club’s return, Say Yes DJ
officially became the new Ochoymedio DJ.
BITE ME
A DJ and producer from Madrid, known for blending any style of
urban and indie music with electronic music: disco, trap,
indie, cumbias, rap, alternative pop, tech-house, indie-dance… can
be heard in his extensive repertoire. His professional career spans from
2013 to the present, with over 900 live performances to his credit.
He started at our club in 2016, and since then he’s kept us
dancing countless nights. He has DJed at venues, events, and festivals
all over the country, including: Ebrovision in Burgos, Patio de Mahou
in Madrid, Picadilly in Valencia, Piper in Salamanca, Vogue in Granada, Sala Sol
in Madrid, MariFest in Burgos, Maravillas in Madrid, and many more.
